Pernod最终确定城堡品牌的收购

Absolut所有者Pernod Ricard已完成对美国烈酒公司Castle品牌的收购，并拥有89.52％的公司股份。

此次购买，八月宣布，Saw Pernod Ricard从Castle Brands购买了150,335,952股普通股，每股价值为1.27美元。

这次收购通过Pernod Ricard的子公司进行，将使Pernod Ricard控制着杰斐逊的波旁威士忌品牌Goslings Rum，Knappogue Castle Irish Whiskey等。

由于要约和合并，城堡品牌已成为Pernod Ricard的间接全资子公司，Castle Brands的普通股将停止在纽约证券交易所进行交易。
