Raasay所有者打开Campbeltown Whiskey Distillery

Raasay Distillery岛的所有者透露计划在坎贝尔镇建造可持续的单一麦芽威士忌酿酒厂。

苏格兰威士忌制造商R＆B Distillers已在苏格兰西海岸的Machrihanish中获取了Dhurrie农场，目的是建造一个新的农场到瓶酿酒厂和游客中心，以及建立威士忌俱乐部。

Machrianish Distillery的构建将使生产者能够在其投资组合中添加第二个单一麦芽品牌raasay威士忌岛。

预计该网站将在180多年内成为Campbeltown地区的第一个酿酒厂。该地区曾经是30多次酿酒厂，现在只有三个，R＆B Distillers表示。

The company said it will build on the family history of its co-founder and master distiller, Alasdair Day, using his family’s recipe book, as well as capitalise on the ‘market curiosity’ around a Scottish Bourbon through the use of different grains for the creation of a new whisky.
